Product =xy=15

x=15/y

Put the value of x in sum of two numbers

x+15/x=8

(x²+15)/x=8

x²+15=8x

x²-8x+15=0

x²-(5+3)x+15=0

x²-5x-3x+15

x(x-5)-3(x-5)

(x-3)(x-5)

Then taking x as 5

Numberz are =5+y=8

y=8-5

y=3

Sum=5+3=8
