Let, the two number be x and y

therefore, according to given condition

x + y = 30 .....(1)

and

x/y = 2/3

=> x = (2y/3)

put this value in equation (1), we get

2y/3 + y = 30

=> 5y = 90

=> y = 90/5

=> y = 18

put y = 18 in equation (1), we get

x + 18 = 30

=> x = 30 - 18

=> x = 12


Hence, two number is 12 and 18
