Given : sum of two whole numbers is 22 and their ratio is 5: 6,

To Find :   difference between the two numbers

1️⃣ 22

2️⃣ 1

3️⃣ 2

4️⃣ 0​

Solution:

Let say two numbers are  

5K and 6K

Sum = 5K + 6K  = 11K

Difference  = 6K - 5K  = K

sum of two whole numbers is 22

=> 11K = 22

=> K = 2

K is  difference between the two numbers

=>  difference between the two numbers  = 2

difference between the two numbers  is  2
