if the sum of zeroes of polynomial p(x)=3x2 -kx + 6 is 1,then find the value of k

Here is your answer,

3x^2 - kx + 6=0

Sum of zeroes = -b/a
=k/3

Given that ,
Sum it zeroes=1
k/3=1
k=3
