 \rightarrow \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \bold{0 =  \frac{ (3 + k)}{5} }

\rightarrow \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \bold{{ 3 + k} = 0 }

\rightarrow \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   \underbrace\bold{{k} =  - 3}
