sum \: of \: zeroes \: is \: 10 \\ = > \: \frac{ - b}{a} = 10 \\ \frac{ - ( - 5)}{a} = 10 \\ a = \frac{1}{2} \\ \\ \\ product \: of \: zeroes \: is \: 10 \\ = > \: \frac{c}{a} = 10 \\ \frac{c}{ \frac{1}{2} } = 10 \\ 2c = 10 \\ c = 5
