Answer:

11 degree

Step-by-step explanation:

supplement means sum of 2 angles is 180 degree

therefore angle a + 101=180 degree

hence angle a=79 degree

complement means sum of 2 angles is 90 degree

hence angle required = 90 - 79 = 11 degree

Answer : 11°

1st to find the supplement of 101°.

supplementary angles => 2 angles that sum up to 180°.

Let the angle be x.

101 + x = 180°

180 - 101 = 79°

2nd to find the complement of 79°.

complementary angles => 2 angles that sum up to 90°.

let the angle  be y.

79° + y = 90°

y = 90 - 79 = 11°

therefore, the supplement of 79° is 101° and complement of 79° is 11°.

hope it helps !!
