So the supplementary angle will be 180∘−x

Given

180∘−x is two-third of x

⟹180∘−x=32x

⟹35x=180∘

let the fist angle = x

then supplement = 2x/3

x +  \frac{2x}{3}  = 180 \\  \\  \frac{5x}{3}  = 180 \\  \\ 5x = 180  \times 3  = 540\\ \\  x =  \frac{540}{5}  \\  \\ x = 108

measure of the angle is 108 degrees
