Let the angles be x and 3x +4
So..
x + 3x + 4 = 180
4x + 4 = 180
4x = 176
Therefore X = 44 .
As he angles were x and 3x + 4
Now the angles are 44° and 136°.

then 2nd angle =3x+4
now
x+3x+4=180
4x=180-4
x=176/4
x=44
now 1st angle = x=44°
2nd angle =3×44+4=136°
