if the supplymentary angle are in the ratio 5:6 then find the smaller angle and larger angle​

Given ,

  • supplementary angles are in ratio = 5:6

Find ,

  • smaller angle and larger angle.

We Know ,

  • sum of supplementary angles = 180°

Now ,

  • 5:6 = 180°

  • 5x + 6x = 180°

  • 11x = 180°

  • x = 180°/11°

  • x = 16.36

There fore ,

  • 5x = 5 × 16.36 = 81.8

  • 6x = 6 × 16.36 = 98.16

Smaller angle = 5 = 81.8

Larger angle = 6 = 98.16
