Answer:

GIVEN :-

the surface area of a sphere is 5544cm^3

TO FIND :-

Find the radius of sphere

FORMULAE :-

AREA OF THE SPHERE

4\pi \: r {}^{2}

SOLUTION :-

Let r = radius of the sphere.

Surface area of the sphere = 5544 cm2

4\pi \: r {}^{2}  = 5544cm {}^{3}  \\  \\ r {}^{2}  =  \frac{5544 \times 7}{22 \times 4}   \\ \\ r {}^{}  = 21cm

TO MORE INFORMATION :-

  • Surface area (TSA) = CSA = 4πr^2
  • Volume of sphere =4/3πr^3

Surface area of a sphere = 4πr²

surface area = 5544 cm²

So,

4πr² = 5544cm²

4 × 22/7 × r × r = 5544

88/7 × r × r = 5544

r² = 5544×7/88

r² = 63 × 7

r ²= 441

r² = 21²

r = 21 cm
