if the surface area of two spheres are in the ratio 9:16 then find the ratio of their areas

same as surface area because surface area and area of sphere is same

Surface area of 1st sphere / surface area of 2nd sphere =

4×π×r1×r1/4×π×r2×r2

9r1square/ 16r2 square

on square rooting,

3r1/4r2

r1:r2 = 3:4
