Given info : If the temperature of a particular amount of gas is increased from 27°C to 57°C.

To find : the final volume of gas if initial volume is 1L, is..

solution : initial temperature, T_i = 27° C = 300K

final temperature, T_f = 57°C = 330K

if the pressure is constant, volume of gas is directly proportional to temperature of it in kelvin.

\frac{T_i}{T_f}=\frac{V_i}{V_f}

⇒ 300K/330K = 1L/V_f

V_f = 1.1 L

therefore the final volume of gas would be 1.1 L
