For 4 kg block,
mgsin30 - T - μ₂mgcos30 = ma
∴ mg/2 - μ₂mg√3/2 - ma = 16
⇒ (mg - μ₂mg√3 - 2ma)/2 = 16
∴ mg - μ₂mg√3 - 2ma = 32
∴ 40 - 40√3μ₂ - 4 = 32
⇒ 40√3μ₂ = 4
∴ μ₂ = 1/10√3
⇒ μ₂ = 0.058
⇒ μ₂ = 0.06
For 2 kg block,
T - μ₁mg = ma
⇒ 16 - 20μ₁ = 1
⇒ μ₁ = 3/4
∴ μ₁ = 0.75
