The terms are in AP ,that means common difference will be same
A/q
(x+10) -2x = (3x+2) -(x+10)
⇒10- x = 2x -8
⇒3x = 18
⇒x = 6
so the terms are 12, 16 and 20

If the given three terms are in A.P ,
then , 2(x+10)=2x+3x+2    (2b=a+c)
2x+20=5x+2
-3x=-18
x=6
Therefore,the value of 'x' is 6.
