a + b + c = 104

Put the value of b & c in terms of a,

a + (a + 8) + (2a) = 104

4a = 104 – 8 = 96

a = (96/4)= 24

a = 24 ✓ answer

b = (a + 8) = 24+8= 32

b = 32 ✓ answer

c = (2a) = (2× 24) = 48

c = 48 ✓ answer
