Time period of pendulum, T = 2.5
error in time period , ∆T = 0.5
We know,
% error in measurement of time period = error in time period/time period× 100
= ∆T/T × 100.
= 0.5/2.5 × 100
= 100/5
= 20
Hence, error in measurement = 20%
error in time period , ∆T = 0.5

Hence, error in measurement = 20%
