A seconds pendulum on Earth has a period of 2 seconds. The frequency of a pendulum is root (g/l). Keeping the same length, the frequency will go down by the ratio of root (g). The period will go up by the same ratio. Moon's gravity is about 1/6th of Earth gravity, so the period will be longer by square root of 6.
