If the two acute angles of a right angled triangle are in the ratio 7 : 8 , Find these angles.....(show the steps )

7x+8x=90 degree

15x=50 degree

x=6 degree

7x=7x6=42 degree

8x=8x6=48 degree

Here u go...

let us consider a right angled triangle ABC.

where,
B is right angle ie. B = 90°

And angle A and C are in the ratio 7:8

let x be the common multiple of the angles A and C.

Therefore, A = 7x° and C = 8x°

we know that, the sum of measure of all angles of triangle are 180°

==> 7x° + 8x° + 90° = 180°

==> 15x° = 180°- 90°

==> 15x° = 90°

==> x = 90°/15°

==> x = 6

therefore,

angle A = 7x° = (7×6)° = 42°

and

angle C = 8x° = (8×6)° = 48°
