if the two diagonals of a rhombus 8cm and 6cm find its perimeter ​

Let rhombus ABCD has two diagonal AC and BD.

And intersection of AC and BD is ‘O’.

AO = OC = 8/2 = 4 ; BO = OD = 6/2 = 3

In ∆ AOB, AB² = AO² + OD²

AB = √(4²+3²) = √25 = 5cm

IN RHOMBUS ALL SIDES ARE EQUAL...

.°. PERIMETER = 4s = 4(5) = 20cm
