if the two vectors are parallel and equal then is it possible to get its resultant. If yes, then find its value​.

So we can say that if they are in the same direction then the resultant will be twice value of each(or amy of them as they are equal)

And if they are in opposite direction then the resultant would be zero as difference of two equal quantities would give zero

BTW I m not much sure about it as I m in 10th only and don't know much about vectors.
