As we know,

20 N = 20 (1 kg) × (1 m) / (1 s)²
Substitute 1 m = 2 x, 1 kg = 1/2 y and 1 s = 2 z,
20 N = 20 (1/2 y) × (2 x) / (2 z)²
20 N = 5 yx/z²
Therefore, 20 N force will be of magnitude 5 units in new system.
