Energy = Force × Distance

So, if unit of Force and unit of length is doubled then unit of energy will be quadrapuled, which means it will be 4 times that of initial.

Answer:

The unit of energy will be Quadra poled i.e., increased 4 times, if the unit of force and length is doubled.

Solution:

The energy is defined as the work done to change the state or motion of object or to perform some work on the object or by the object.

\bold{\text { Energy }=\text { Force } \times \text { Distance }}

The units of Force is N and Distance is m.

Thus the unit of energy will be

\text { Energy }=N \times m

If the unit of force and distance is doubled that means the new unit of force will be 2 N and distance will be 2m, so the new unit of energy will be

\bold{\text { Energy }=2 N \times 2 m=4 \mathrm{Nm}}

Thus the unit of energy will be quadrapoled i.e., increased 4 times, if the unit of force and length is doubled.
