if the units of mass and length get half and unit of time is doubled .then what will be the magnitude of 16 NOV FORCE in this system.

Force = 16 N = 16 kg m / s^2
mass => half of initial
length => half of initial
time => double of initial
Force = 16 kg/2 m/2 / 4s^2 = 1 kg m / s^2
