 If the universe is potentially infinite, can we safely say that other intelligent life exists somewhere within it?

Probably it is. Probably there are other civilizations within it because the Universe is enormous and vast part of it is beyond our reach. Till now we have discovered a small part of it.Our Earth has enough O2 to fed it's inhabitants. Maybe there are planets where biological functionalities of it's inhabitants are different from us.
