tan thita =3/5

sin thita/cos thita=3/5

sin =3, cos =5

cos =1/sec

sec =1/5

Hope it will help to you

Answer:

secθ = √34/5

Step-by-step explanation:

tanθ = 3/5

∴sinθ/cosθ = opposite /adjacent = 3/5.   ----(tanθ = sinθ/ cosθ --using identity.)

∴ By using Pythagoras theorem

(Hypo)²= (3)²+(5)²

(Hypo)²= 9 + 25

(Hypo)²= 34

∴Hypo = √34.

∴ cosθ = adjacent /hypotenuse

            =5 /√34.

∴ secθ = √34 /5    ------(cosθ = 1 /secθ -----using identity)

∴Ans:- secθ = √34 /5.
