IF IT IS SERIES COMBINATION THEN,

Req=R1 +R2 +R3 = (1+3+11)Ω = 15Ω

IF IT IS PARALLEL COMBINATION THEN, 

1/Req= 1/R1 + 1/R2+ 1/R3

=1/1 + 1/3 + 1/11

= 33 + 11 + 3 ÷ 33

= 47/ 33

so,Req = 33 / 47

=0.7021 Ω
