= 4ay

so 2x/x-2ay = 2(4ay)/(4ay-2ay) = 48 years agoHelpfull: Yes(8) No(3) 4

x/2y=2a, ay = x/4

then 2x/x-2ay= 2x/(x-2*x/4) = 2x/(x-x/2)= 2x/(x/2) =48 years agoHelpfull: Yes(6) No(3) x/2y=2a therefore ay = x/4

2x/x - 2ay = 2 - 2(x/4)= (4-x)/2 is the answer.

please note there is no paranthesis... 8 years agoHelpfull: Yes(5) No(3) putting x=4ay

8ay/2ay=48 years agoHelpfull: Yes(4) No(3) in the question x/y=2a then the value of x=4ay

sub., in equation 2x/(x-2ay)

it becomes 8ay/2ay=45 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0) x = 4ay

2x/x-2ay=2(4ay)/2ay=42 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0) x/2y=2a

=> x=4ay

Now by putting the value of x into the given problem we get,

2x/(x-2ay)

=2*4ay/(4ay-2ay)

=8ay/2ay

=4 (ans.)1 year agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
