If the value of x
x =  \sqrt{2}
y =  \sqrt{3}
Then solve ,
x = 4y

Value of x and y,

x = \sqrt{2}

y = \sqrt{3}

Given equation,

x = 4y

putting the value in the equation,we get

\sqrt{2} = 4\sqrt{3}

\Rightarrow 4\sqrt{3} - \sqrt{2}

or.....

2 = (4\sqrt{3})^{2}

2 = 16 × 3

2 = 48

\Rightarrow 48 - 2

\Rightarrow 46
