If the velocity of a particle is nonzero can it's acceleration can be 0

yes acceleration can be zero

# if velocity is non-zero in magnitude but it's rate of change is zero means object is covering equal displacement in equal time in the same direction then velocity has particular magnitude but as its magnitude and direction both are constant and not changing .........acceleration is zero
