If the velocity of an object changes from 65 m/s to 98 m/s during a time interval of 12 s, what is the acceleration of the object?

a=v-u/t

v=98m/s
u=65m/s
t=12s

a=98m/s-65m/s÷12
a=33m/s/12
a=(11/4)m

Acceleration =change in velocity /time.
So acceleration=(98-65)/ 12=33/12=2.75m per sec sq.
