30 kmph = 30 × 5/18 m/s = 150 / 18 m/s
If velocity is increased from 0 kmph to 30 kmph then
From work energy theorem
Work = 0.5m(v² - u²)
= 0.5 × 1500 kg × [(150/18 m/s)^2 - (0 m/s)^2]
= 52 083.3 Joule
= 52.083 kJ
∴ 52.083 kJ of work is done.
