we know that an isosceles triangle has two sides of same length and one side of different length.
the sum of the angles is 180 degree
we know the vertical angle of triangle is 100 degree
Let the base angles be x and x as they are of same length..
x+x+100=180
2x=80
x=80/2
x=40
so the measure of both base angles are 40 degree

angle A=100°
angle B= angle C(angle opp eq sides are eq)................(I)
angleA+angle B+angle C=180(angle sum property)
100+A+B=180
FROM (I)
100+A+A=180
100+2A=180
2A=180-100
2A=80
A=40°
Angle B =angle C=40°
hope this helps
