SOLUTION

Volume = 448πcm ^3

Height = 7cm

∴πr ^2

h=448πcm ^3

∴r 2 ×7=448

∴r 2 = 7/448

=64cm ^2

∴r= $\sqrt{64}$ =8cm

∴ Lateral surface area = 2πrh

=2π(8)(7)

=112πcm=351.68cm

∴ Total surface area = 2πr(h+r)

=112π(7+8)

=112π×15

=1680πcm ^2

=5275.2cm ^2
