Answer:

surface \: area \: of \: sphere = 113.09 {unit}^{2}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that

volume \: of \: sphere =  36 \pi

To find

Surface area of sphere

Solution

let

r is radius of sphere

d is diameter of sphere.

v as volume of sphere

then

As we know that

volume \: of \: sphere =  \frac{4}{3}  \times \pi \times  {r}^{3}

put the given value of volume

 36 \pi =  \frac{4}{3} \pi \times  {r}^{3}

 \pi \: will \: get \: cancle \: from \: both \: side \: hence

 {r}^{3}  = 27

cube root of 27 is 3 hence

r = 3unit

Radius is 3unit.

as \: we \: know \: that

surface \: area \: of \: sphere =  \frac{4}{3}  \times \pi \times  {r}^{2}

surface \: area \: of \: sphere =  \frac{4}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {3}^{2}

as

\pi =  \frac{22}{7}

hence

surface \: area \: of \: sphere = 113.09 {unit}^{2}
