Given :  volume of an cylinder is 700 cubic centimeters and the area of the base is 100 square centimeters,

To Find :  length of the cylinder

1️⃣ 70 cm

2️⃣ 7 cm

3️⃣ 700 cm

4️⃣ 7 sqcm

Solution:

area of base of cylinder = πr²

Volume of cylinder = πr²h

h = length of cylinder

Volume of cylinder =  area of base of cylinder   * h

=> 700 = 100 * h

=> h = 7

Length of cylinder =  7 cm

Given:

The volume of the cylinder is = 700 cubic cm

The area of the base of the cylinder = 100 square cm

To find :

The length of the cylinder.

Solution:

Volume of the cylinder = Area of its base × its length

Therefore, length of cylinder = Volume of cylinder/ Area of its base

= 700/ 100

= 7 cm

Therefore the length of the cylinder is 7 cm, hence the correct option is 2.
