volume \: of \: cube \:  = 125 \:  {cm}^{3}

3 cubes are joined to make a cuboid

TSA of cuboid formed

❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖SOLUTION❖❖❖❖❖❖❖

As we know,

volume \: of \: cube =  {(side)}^{3}  \\  \\ 125  {cm}^{3} =  {(side)}^{3} \\  \\ side =  \sqrt[3]{125}  \\  \\ side \:  = 5 \: cm

So, side of cube will be 5 cm

NOW SINCE 3 CUBES WERE JOINED TO FORM CUBOID THEREFORE,,(refer to image)

length of cuboid = 3 × side of cube= 3×5 = 15 cm

breadth of cuboid = side of cube = 5 cm

height of cuboid = side of cube= 5 cm

We know that,

total \: surface \: area \\  \: of \: cuboid \:  = 2(lb + bh + lh)

putting values of l, b and h

TSA of

cuboid = 2[ ( 15×5) +(5×5) +(15×5) ]

total \: surface \: area \\  \: of \: cuboid \:  = 350  \: {cm}^{2}

SO THE TOTAL SURFACE AREA OF CUBOID FORMED WILL BE 350 SQUARE CMS.
