If the volume of cylinder and surface area of cylinder are same then find its radius?

The surface area of a cilinder is the area of the bases + the lateral area, so:
A=2πr²+2πrh=2πr(r+h)
Which we set equal to the volume:
V=πr²h
2πr(r+h)=πr²h , divide both sides by πr get
2r+2h=rh
2h=rh−2r=r(h−2)
r(h−2)=2h
r=2hh−2
And there's what your radius is supposed to be
