Each bulb has power 1.5W.
As  P=\frac {V^{2}}{R}
We get the resistance of each bulb as 13.5. Now as the bulbs are arranged in parallel, the effective resistance of the circuit will be 13.5÷3=4.5 ohms.
Now we have got the resistance as well as the voltage supplied. By using formula \frac{V}{I} =R
We get the current as 1

Asfaan: how you got 4.5 ohms as resistance
Arceus11: The reciprocal of the effective resistance is equal to the sum of reciprocals of individual resistances. So the reciprocal of effective resistance becomes 3/13.5
