if the wavelength of a wave is 4×10^-5cm and the velocity is 3×10^10cm/s what will be its frequency and how many complete waves are produced in 1 cm?

Velocity,v= frequency,f * wavelength

f = v /wavelength
= ( 3*10^10)/ (4* 10^-5)
= 7.5 *10^14 Hz

1 wavelength=1 wave
4* 10^-5 cm = 1 wave
1cm = 1/ ( 4* 10^-5)
= 25000 waves
