E2 - E1 = h c ( 1 / y2 - 1 / y1)

E2 - E1 = 6.3 * 10^-34 * 3 * 10^8 / 1 * 10^-7 * (1/3 - 1/4)

E2 - E1 = 2 * 10^-18 * (.33 - .25) = 1.6 * 10E-19 = 1 eV

So the electrons would have an energy greater by 1 eV

requiring an additional stopping potential of 1 V
