ok so first we are going to name the ratios as 7x and 13x

now to find the value of x we can say that weight of the apples is equal to 7x as mentioned in the question (if you read carefully)

so 490=7x

490/7=x

70=x

now to find the weight of bananas which is 13 x

we can just multiply by applying common sense

now the weight of the bananas we get is.... 910 kg yes 910kg

now to find the total weight 490+910 = 1400kg
