According to question

Let weight of each shoe be x
Let weight of each man be y
and Let weight of each visil be z

Thus  as given is question

x + x + x = 30
    3x = 30
    x = 10
Also
 2y + x = 20
   2 y + 10 = 20
    2y = 10
      y = 5

And
y + 2 z = 13
    2z = 8
   z = 4

Thus Clearly     x = 10
                         y = 5
                          z = 4
