If the Wimbledon tennis final begins at 1pm in the London, when would you tune into your television to watch it if you are in India?

Since IST is 5 hr : 30 min ahead of GMT

therefore if the wimbledon finals tune in india at 12 : 60 + 5 : 30 = 18 : 60 PM or 7:00 PM
