If the wire of resistivity p is stretched to thrice its initial length what will be its new resistivity

resistivity is depend on the nature of material not on the size or length.

so resistivity do not affected by stretching

because resistivity doesnot depend on length of the wire , it is the resistence which depend on length and area....

but if the temperature is affected then there will be a change in resistivity....
