a {x}^{2}  + bx + c

And the zeroes be,

 \alpha  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: and \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \beta

therfore,

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  \frac{  b}{a}  =  \frac{2}{1}  \\  \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{c}{a}  =  \frac{3}{1}

If, a = 1, then b = 2, c= 3

therefore the polynomial is,

 {x}^{2}  + 2x + 3
