Given here.

X³ -3x² +x +1.

= x³ - x² -2x² +2x -x +1.

= x²(x-1)-2x(x-1)-1(x-1).

= (x-1)(x²-2x-1).

Now , factor of (x²-2x-1)

Use Dharacharya Formula .

X = [- B ± (B² -4AC )] /2A.

=> X = [ - (-2) ± {(-2)²-4*1*(-1)}]/2*1

=> X = [ 2 ± { 4 +4}]/2

=> x = [ 2±8]/2.

=> X = 2(1±2)/2.

=> X = (1±2).

So, Factor of this equations .

x = 1, (1±2).
