Answer:

sum of zeroes = -b/a

a-b+a+a+b = 3/3

a = 1/3

products of the zeroes = -d/a

a(a-b)(a+b) = -1/3

a(a²-b²) = -1/3

1/3(1/9-b²) = -1/3

1/9 -b² = -1

b² = 1/9 +1

b² = 10/9

b = √10/3

so a + b = 1/3 + √10/3 = ( 1+√10)/3

hope this will help you
