The graph of the equation given above is shown. Clearly the graph cuts x axis at 4 and 5.

Given: The zeroes of the quadratic polynomial are first composite number and highest factor of 5.

To find: The quadratic polynomial and also find the zeroes from graph of quadratic polynomial

Explanation: Composite number is a number which has factors other than 1 and the number itself.

First composite number= 4

Factors of 5 = 1,5

Highest factor= 5

Therefore, the zeroes are 4 and 5.

Sum of roots(s) = 5+4 = 9

Product of roots (p)= 5*4= 20

The quadratic polynomial whose sum and product of roots are known is given by the formula:

 {x}^{2} - sx + p

= {x}^{2} - 9x + 20

Therefore, the quadratic equation is {x}^{2} - 9x + 20.
