Solution:-

Given Quadratic Polynomial Equation:-

x² + 4x + 2a

Zeroes of the Given Polynomial:-

α and 2/α.

Now, We know that,

Product of Zeroes = c/a

=) α × 2/α = 2a/1

=) 2 = 2a

=) a = 1.

For Quadratic Polynomial!

Relation of Quadratic Polynomial:-

  • α + β = -b/a
  • α × β = c/a

General Formula:-

  • ax² + bx + c = 0

For Cubic Polynomial!

Relation of Cubic Polynomial:-

  • α + β + γ = -b/a
  • αβ + βγ + αγ = c/a
  • αβγ = -d/a

General Formula:-

  • ax³ + bx² + cx + d = 0
